Mr. Dittrich is a trial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience representing individuals, businesses, and insurance companies across diverse practice areas. He has handled matters ranging from simple personal injury cases to complex multi-district and class-action litigation. Since 2005, he has held an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest distinction for legal ability and ethics. In 2011, Tulsa People magazine recognized him as a "Top Lawyer in Tulsa" in the field of insurance. He has also been selected to the Oklahoma Super Lawyers list from 2019 to 2024, which recognizes the top 5% of attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.

Mr. Dittrich has served as lead counsel in dozens of jury trials in state and federal courts throughout Oklahoma, covering a wide variety of practice areas, including general liability, auto negligence, product liability, premises liability, construction defects, liquor liability, employment, real estate, community association disputes, directors and officers liability, insurance coverage, and insurance bad faith. In addition to his trial practice, he has extensive experience in state and federal appellate courts, handling appeals involving a broad range of legal issues.
His insurance coverage experience spans all aspects of insurance claim disputes, including coverage investigations, coverage analysis, the preparation of reservation of rights letters, the preparation of coverage declination letters, litigation of declaratory judgment actions in state and federal court, and the defense of insurance coverage disputes and insurance bad faith actions brought by policyholders in state and federal court.
Mr. Dittrich has extensive experience with a wide variety of commercial and personal lines issues. He is also experienced in excess and surplus lines matters, including general liability, EPL, D&O, professional liability, and liquor liability.
In addition to trial and appellate work, Mr. Dittrich has represented clients before state and federal agencies in cases involving employment discrimination, sexual harassment, wage and hour disputes, and professional disciplinary proceedings. He also assists clients with business formations and other general business matters, such as lease and contract analysis, review, and negotiation. Over the course of his career, he has represented individuals, small businesses, insurance companies, and professionals--including doctors, lawyers, real estate agents, and brokers--as well as Fortune 500 companies.
